I have a problem with my Microsoft Outlook 2007. It displays the sender’s name instead of the e-mail address. I cannot retrieve the address by double clicking the name or by clicking the “show header”. When I reply to such mails, Outlook tells me that it can’t recognize the name (not found on my address book). When I use Windows Mail, I did not encounter this problem. Anyone can explain me why is this happened? Thanks!

How to retrieve email addresses in my Outlook 2007.
Hello Angelica,
In other editions of Microsoft Outlook, users could see the mail address of sender. But from Microsoft Outlook 2007, this function has been disabled. It is just because Microsoft thinks that people whose name and should be known according to their name, not their email. That is why you cannot see the mail address in your outlook.
Some people can see it by infiltrating outlook’s system, which is actually a violation of their rules. But If you Badly need to change this, then you can try this https://www.slipstick.com/exchange/adding-extended-mapi-fields-to-outlook/.
