How to retrieve forgotten user password?

Hi,

My younger sister created a user password for Windows 7. 

She deleted the previous user profile with all the datas. 

Now she have forgotten the password she created for user profile login.  

Can I get my datas from deleted user profile and retrieve the forgotten password? 

Expert please help me.

How to retrieve forgotten user password?

Hi Michelle Atlas,

Here is the best solution that would be helpful for you.

• When then username and password is incorrect message will appear then you have to click OK.
• Then you have to click Reset Password and need to follow the instruction.
• If this will not work then you can reset the administration password.
• First you have to log on to the administrator account and reset to the forgotten password.
• Go to the start option and open the local user and Groups.
• Then you have to type lusrmgr.msc on the search box and press enter.
• If you will be prompted to give administrative password then type it.
• Then Go to the Local Users and Groups by double clicking and go to Users.
• The you can see your account and right click on it and Set password.
• Then you have to type new password and confirm it.

How to retrieve forgotten user password?

• Create one more account with your old name and give administrative privileges. No data will be lost by deleting the user profile , so don't get panic of data lost anywhere.
• Or you can reset your password for your administrators account , this can be the last resort for gaining access to an administrative account.
• Please visit the site http://pogostick.net/ and go for offline NT password and registry editor method.
• Now click the Boot disk button at the top of website its pure online site and follow the instructions
• OR
• Start the system in safe mode and at the boot up hold the F8 key down and here you can create new account .
