How to retrieve missing Intervideo serial number webcam software?

My client has surveillance cameras mounted in his office and was using Intervideo software solutions until now. Recently he upgraded his system and since then he started facing problems. So, I suggested him to also reinstall all software packages. He did so, but now he can’t find his intervideo serial number. So, I was wondering if there is a way to retrieve missing Intervideo serial number webcam software. Any kind of help would be appreciated.

How to retrieve missing Intervideo serial number webcam software?

Hi, 

I searched and searched and found a solution that may help you out. Retrieving the serial number may not be possible, but you can use the software it self to generate a new serial number which will work as good as the previous one. I found this site that contains all the info and steps you need to take to power up your program again.
