I want to run system restore on my Windows XP but I can't enter the windows normally. 🙁

Restart your computer.
During boot up, continuously tap F8 until options appear.
Select Safe mode with command prompt.
Log in as Administrator.
Go to Command Prompt.
Enter the following: %systemroot%system32restorerstrui.exe
Follow the instructions on restoring computer at an earlier state.
Select a checkpoint where error is not yet encountered.
Another way is to use your Windows installer cd to access the Recovery Console:
Insert windows cd.
Restart your computer.
Press DEL during start up.
Enter BIOS then change the drive to boot up from cd.
Enter Recovery Console when the windows setup appears.
Access your windows drive and start the recovery process.
