Hi,
I use Outlook for my e-mails as well as setting appointments and meetings. I would like to see all the past and future scheduling that have been made on the recurring event series.
How can I be able to set this feature on my Outlook?
How to see past and future events on MS Outlook
To see all the past and future scheduling you can use outlook calendar. To open the Outlook Calendar, click on the Calendar icon in the Navigation Pane.
The Calendar View consists of three sections:
Appointment Area: Enables you to quickly select a day, week, or month to view in the Appointment Area. Dates that are displayed in bold type indicate that there is at least one item scheduled for that day. The current date has a blue square around it.
Navigation Pane: The Calendar Navigation Pane only shows information that is needed and is used for your Calendar. The Date Navigator, My Calendars, Other Calendars, and Sharing Options are available in the Navigation Pane.
