It's very simple to send a voice mail through Windows XP just follow these simple steps:
-
First make sure that you have microphone attached to input you voice
-
Go to Start > All programs > accessories > entertainment > Sound recorder
-
Sound record box will open in that go to file > select “new” > click on “record” button
-
As soon as you click record button start speaking the message clearly and when done just click the red dot to stop recording.
-
Go to File > save as any extension you like for e.g. .wma , .wav etc.
Attach this file with mail.
How to send a voice mail using Windows XP?
First of all you can use yahoo messenger to send a message over the network or you can use Skype for this purpose. These programs are very effective in your case if you have the persons email ID then you can just add in any of messenger and then you can send a voice message if the person is not online other wise if the person is already online you can just start a chat and you don't need to send a voice message.
To leave a voice message go to call option and it will then take you to record your message after you have record you message over the messenger the other person when ever will log in will be able to listen your message. It is the easy way to solve your problem. Other wise you need to record your voice and then you can send this voice recorded in a message to the other person but it is not the good way of communication and many errors occur in this way. Using a messenger is a best option in your case.
