If you already have the plug-in, just upgrade it. So it'll work for the new Outlook 2013. Click link: https://www.avg.com/en-ww/avg-release-notes

You can find out more information about setting up this add on by going to this site https://support.avg.com It certainly does help if you follow these steps one at a time. Just to make sure you don't run into any more problems.
