I am using Bluehost to host my website. I want to change the DNS redirect to URL as I specify. Also, make sure that the changes are effected immediately.

How To Set Up A DNS Redirect To URL By Using CNAME

To change the DNS to redirect the URL it is possible to do with CNAME. Please follow the given steps.

Step 1: Log in to your host website with the required credentials. As yours is Bluehost.

Step 2: Select DNS Settings from the Administrative Setting section

Step 3: Select the domain which is redirected and click Edit

Step 4: Add a record with the URL and the domain in the specific format. The format depends on the hosting service.

Step 5: Click on the Save button. Step 6: The redirect will become activated at different intervals. For Blue host, it may require approximately 30 mins.

After the time interval, one can check the redirection by typing the web address in any browser.
