Good evening,
I have to prepare a table of accounting states. It contains about 40,000 records. And it takes more then 300 pages. But the problem is I have to set the row headings for every page manually. It is a burden for me.
How do you set it automatically? Is there any macro available for this?
Thanks

How to set row headings for 300 pages?
Hello!
When we work on Excel it happens commonly that our data goes beyond the multiple pages and we want to have first row printed at the start of every page so as to help the reader in understanding the information in a comfortable way.
Excel provides a wide range of features for handling spreadsheet with a flexibility of printing such header rows. To print your header rows at the top of every page apply these settings to your page layout.
-
Go to Page Layout and click on the Print Titles under Page Setup.
-
In the Page Setup, Under Print titles, click the red arrow icon next to Rows to repeat at top.
-
use the arrow to select the first row or the row that you want to repeat in each and every page that is printed.
-
Use the red arrow icon again and you will be taken to Page Setup screen. Click Ok.
-
Now are almost done but remember that this feature is not available in the earlier versions you must have at least Office 2007.
Hope it helps.
Regards
