How to share file to specific user

Good day to everyone!

guys, I would like to ask something  about file sharing.

How can I make a shared folder in a network in which only a specific user can access my file? In short, there are different users that will access my shared file but they have different files to be accessed. How can I restrict my other shared files to those unauthorized users?

How to share file to specific user

Yes, there is a way that you can share files to a specific user, but you have to be in the same workgroup or else, you won't be able to share files with this user. Just follow these steps:

• First of all, make sure that you and the other computer that you will be sharing files with, are on the same workgroup.
• Go to your desktop and right click on My computer.
• Then click properties.
• Click on the computer name tab.
• Click change.
• Remember the workgroup name (You will be using this for network sharing).
• Click start.
• Click control panel.
• Then click network set-up.
• Some OS needs its file sharing to be enabled. So just enable them.
• After following these steps, everything else follows.
