I was given an assignment to convert word to PDF color black white but was unable despite listening to the tutorial.

Do you know how to convert?

How should i convert word to PDF colour black white?

First off, download a word to PDF converter and get the conversion done. Now you need to remove the background color. Use an OCR software to read the text, copy the text into a word file and convert it to PDF format again.

Which version of adobe program you are using? Here is a solution to convert pdf word color to black white:
For Adobe Acrobat 8 Professional: 1. Open the file on which want to perform this action. 2. Click on print production from advance menu. Then click "Preflight." Finally click “delta icon” for getting options. 3. Click on "Convert to Grayscale" and "Execute." You are done.
For Acrobat 9 Professional: Do 1 and 2 mentioned above. Now click on “Convert to Grayscale” from PDF Fixups. Save the file to a new location.

How should i convert word to PDF colour black white?

First of all, download Word to PDF Converter. After the installation, convert your Word file to PDF. Once you are done with the conversion, double-click the PDF file that you just convert. Or click on File then Open. And then click the drop-down menu Advanced> Print Production> Preflight. You can see the delta icon beside the PDF Fixups, there is an option to convert the file to grayscale. Select Convert to Grayscale> Execute to convert the file to grayscale. And then save the file to complete the conversion.
