How Skype directx installation dell

Hi Experts,

I have downloaded the Skype on my dell laptop, But the Skype shows some error for DirectX. I have downloaded the latest version of DirectX and install on my laptop. But the same error is still there. Please suggest how can resolve this error and send me the tutorial for Skype DirectX installation dell.

How Skype directx installation dell

Hi,

Step 1. Go to http://www.dell.com/en-us/ and click on the Drivers and Downloads.
Step 2. Enter Your Laptop Service tag which you can find back on your laptop, Near at barcode.

Step 3. Download the Skype Application for your system's Operating System.

Step 4. Uninstall previous Skype version and install this version of Skype on your laptop.

I hope it will never give you any error. The previous Skype application does not support your system that why it was giving you the error.
