I want to use my old laptop as a Virtual server not letting it for a scrap. So I installed Hyper-V Server 2012 in it and am using it. But I am encountering Hyper-V Manager RPC server unavailable problem often?

How To Solve Hyper-V Manager RPC Server Unavailable?

You may use some other option like HVRemote that may make your case a little better. You may also have misconfigured the firewall. The Dragon has also been protected by the firewall of Norton Internet Security. While it is a firewall it rules the server access down which is causing you this problem.
