I am looking to develop windows applications for windows phones. How to setup the compilers? Which is the integrated development environment for developing windows apps? Is there any readymade library kind of support available for apps development? Are the software used for development is free or comes with time limited versions. How to release apps to store? Are there any fees involved? How does purchasing app by the user credits amount to the developer account? It will be very useful if you can share all these information.

Microsoft has released their windows OS to reduce the security threats that is common in an android device. Still if you want to install a 3rd party software you want to unlock developer mode in your phone.
