How to Sync Lotus Notes to do Gmail?

Good Day Everyone!

Can anyone please tell me how to sync lotus notes to do Gmail? I just  created a Gmail account and I do not know how to forward my emails and contacts from Lotus Notes to my Gmail account. This may be very easy for experts so, anyone please help me? It would be very helpful if you can provide a very simple tutorial or just list down the basic steps to guide me in synchronizing my lotus notes to my Gmail account. Any responses will be much appreciated.

How to Sync Lotus Notes to do Gmail?

 

 

Hi there,

 

Yes, you can synchronize your lotus notes with your gmail account. Please follow the steps below:

 

1. Open your Lotus Notes Mailbox and look for RULES which is under Tools (with screenshot)

 

And point your to mouse to New Rule so that you can start creating a rule

 

2. Now, you need to choose a condition, click the dropdown arrow and choose all documents since you want all your emails be copied in your gmail account.

 

3. Under Specify Action,the options that you need to choose are "send copy" and "full"  in the following boxes. Enter your gmail address([email protected]).

Click Add button to define the a Rule.

 

Point your mouse on the OK  button and the newly created rule will show on the

main screen wherein your other rules are also shown. Refer to screenshot below.

 

 

 

Whatever appearance you can see on your emails on lotus notes will be

the same in your gmail account.
