How to synchronize Cisco UC500 and Microsoft Office Communication

I make use of Cisco UC500 and Microsoft Office Communication server.  I need to put together our Cisco UC500 VOIP phone system with the Microsoft Office Live Communication server but I don’t know how to make it happen.

Can somebody who already encountered and completed same concern help me?

How to synchronize Cisco UC500 and Microsoft Office Communication

Hi Alberto,

It is possible to synchronize the Cisco UC500 and Microsoft Office communicator. You need to make sure that you are using CUCM as it’s the only one supported by Office communicator. You just need to make sure that the settings and configuration of your system all configured properly.
