I have received a canon mp470 error code 5100 printer error. I searched many sites or lot of other work to find the solution of this error. But I never get succeeded. Please give me solution of that error?

Mainly this fault is an internal hardware issue with the printer.

To solve this problem, you should follow some steps:

1. Turn off or power off the printer.
2. Unplug power from the printer for few minutes.

3. Time of unplugging, remove all paper from the printer.
4. Double check if any obstruction found.
5. If no, then again plug the power and turn on.
