How To Deal With Sonos Error 1002

The error code 1002 appears when Sonos is trying to access the music share but your computer takes too long to respond. This usually happens when there is some problem with the network connection.
First, you need to check your network connection. Check if your Wi-Fi is working properly. If this is not the problem then make sure that your computer is turned on and awake and not in sleep mode or turned off. If you still get this error try to uninstall and reinstall the application on your device. This should solve your problem.
