Using the three cells, A1, B1, and C1 we will perform the calculations.
The cell which will store the Time of coming in is A1, which store the time of going out is B1, and which store the actual difference or the working hours is C1.
Now we select the A2 and B2 cells and press the CTRL key to open up the format cells dialog box.
Go to the number tab and select time from the category list box and choose 1:30 PM and click OK.
Then go to C2 and open the format cells.
On the number tab, choose 13:30 this time and click OK.
And then in C2 enter the formula given here,
=IF(B2<A2,B2+1,B2)-A2
Now you can enter any time and get the correct result.
