I am experiencing an MS Access security warning: a potential security concern has been identified (Access 2013). How to get rid of it?
Method 1Â
Change macro settings.
a. Open Access.
b. Open Access Options.
c. Go to the Trust Center tab.
d. Open Settings.
e. Go to Macro Settings.
f. Enable the radio button as shown.
g. Save the settings.
h. Restart Access.
You will not get the security warning – a potential security concern has been identified (Access 2013).
Method 2
a. Open Trust settings, as shown in the previous method.
b. Go to Trusted Locations.
c. Add a new location.
d. GO to the location, where your Access is installed.
e. If you see your access file location you will get that.
f. Click on the folder that starts with ACCW.
g. Add it to your trusted location.
h. Press Ok on the subsequent screens.
i. Your error will not bother you.
