Hello. The problem appeared suddenly after the PC was victimized for four years. A few days later, the error was not started and displayed: Error 0xc000035a \ Windows \ system32 \ winload.exe:

You tried to load a 64-bit application, but the processor is not compatible with 64-bit mode. I have tried in some ways to use a similar hard drive, but no matter what I have already installed during the main reboot, the above error seems to have occurred. Please, someone, tell me how to fix 0xc000035a error?

Hello, I had a similar problem. So it was a motherboard problem. The processor was known to lack 64-bit process capabilities. But because of the MSI technical support team, things normalized when I reset CMOS and completed the installation.

You receive this error if the application is not compatible with the processor in terms of architecture. Like for example, if you have 32-bit Microsoft Windows, you can run only 32-bit applications. You cannot run 64-bit applications. With 64-bit Microsoft Windows, it gives you more power and freedom to run applications. You can run both 32-bit and 64-bit applications.

Now, if you are receiving this error on startup, check if you made changes to your hardware particularly the processor. If you replaced your processor with a 32-bit one and it is running on 64-bit previously, your operating system will not run and will trigger this error. Re-install the previous 64-bit processor to fix the problem.

The kind of platform architecture you can run on your computer is determined by your motherboard. If your motherboard is 32-bit, you are limited to 32-bit processor only. But if your motherboard is 64-bit, you can use either 32-bit or 64-bit processor but it is recommended that you use 64-bit processor to make use of the full processing power of the processor.

Using a 32-bit processor on 64-bit motherboard gives you a much lower processing power.
