I am suddenly getting an error 815 broadband connection could not be established. Everything was working fine till yesterday. Today, I am getting this error.

How To Fix Error 815 Broadband Connection Could Not Be Established?

Most probably, someone has changed the log-in details of your broadband. Contact the person responsible for managing the broadband connection at your place.
This can also be a server error or the broadband connection you have taken. If no one has changed the log-in details, then wait for some time and try to connect again later.
The third option is to try accessing the connection using a new account. To make a new account follow these steps (for Windows 10) –

1 – Go to Settings

2 – Click on Accounts.

3 – Select “Add a Family member” or the other option.

4 – Fill in the necessary details.

Restart your computer.
