How To Fix Laptop Screen Auto Rotation Issue

Sometimes your Windows desktop starts rotating on its own, at these situations we are usually clueless of what just happened. To bring to your notice this type of error does not occur automatically, it occurs if you have pressed of the wrong key on keyboard incorrectly or mostly accidentally.

Keyboard solutions.

Upper sideway screen rotation CTRL + ALT + UPPER

ARROW

Down sideway screen rotation CTRL + ALT + DOWN

ARROW

Left sideway screen rotation CTRL + ALT + LEFT

ARROW

Right sideway screen rotation CTRL + ALT + RIGHT ARROW.

Solution for Windows 10:-

Right-click on the free space of the desktop and the popup menu list opens.

In the list go to the Display settings

Click on orientation and select Landscape.

Click on apply. The screen rotation effect will come on your desktop, and then you can keep changes.

Another way to do so is by as follows-

Clicking on the Windows button on the left hand lower corner of your screen to get the popup menu list.

On the list go to Control Panel > Appearance and Personalization option >Adjust Screen> Orientation>choose the Landscape option>Click on apply button>  Keep changes.

Solution for Windows 7

Right-click on the background and you will get the popup menu list.

There click on Screen Resolution > orientation > select Landscape> click OK.
