Hello everyone, I am having some issues regarding my memory card. Please provide me some tips to troubleshoot memory card error in camera. I use it with my digital camera, but it sometimes gets hang and not show the files.

There are few basic tricks given below.

1. Try to remove and put your memory card in some other camera or computer memory reader.

2. Reinstall the card after removing it from your camera.

3. Remove the battery and the memory card, wait for few seconds and again insert it into the camera.

How To Fix Memory Card Error In Camera With Basic Troubleshooting.

If your digital camera is having a hard time reading the contents of your memory card, try cleaning it first. Remove the memory card from your digital camera then clean the contact surface with a pencil eraser. The contact surface is the side of the memory card where the gold colored surface is exposed. This is the part that directly contacts with your digital camera.

Rub the eraser on the gold surface to clean the area then finish it off with a clean cloth. When you are finished, insert it back to your digital camera and try it again. See if it is accessible now.
