This editor is one of the best free editors. It works fine until there is a system error or compatibility issue with the operating system.

Check the version of the service, and if you are not using the latest one, then you can download Notepad++.

You have to install the latest version.

First, uninstall the older version by going to Control Panel -> Uninstall/change software and then choose the required and uninstall.

At last, restart your system and install the latest version.
