I cannot sign in to my Xbox One profile, and I am encountering a 0x80a40008 error. My internet is working, and I am entering the correct credentials. I do not know how to solve it. Please help!

How To Fix Xbox One 0x80a40008 Error?

The 0x80a40008 error occurs for different reasons, and there are different ways to solve them.

Method 1-

Go to here and check the status of the server. If everything is alright, go to method 2.

Method 2

a. Press the Xbox button.
b. Go to System -> Settings-> Account-> Remove Account.

c. Choose your account -> Remove.
d. Restart your console.
e. Add your account again.
f. This will solve your problem.

Method 3

a. Open Settings -> All Settings-> Network -> Network settings.
b. Click on Test Network Connection.

c. If everything is good, try to sign in.
d. Else, there is an issue with your internet connection (maybe speed).
e. Contact your ISP.
