Method 1

1. Press the Xbox button and open Guide.
2. Open Settings.
3. Restart the console.
4. Select yes when prompted.
5. Go to Settings.
6. Go to All Settings.
7. Open Network Settings.
8. Under Current Network Status, check NAT type.
9. If it is open, you have solved the error.

Method 2

1. Open your router’s login page.
2. Log into your router web interface.
3. Go through your router’s manual to turn off/ on the UPnP setting.
4. Turn off UPnP.
5. Restart your router.
6. Restart your router/ modem after a full shut down. Also, remove the cables and other hardware devices after you shut down the console. Wait for 30 seconds, and then start the console.
7. Log into your router’s configuration page.
8. Make sure UPnP is off.

10. Enable Zero Config setting if you find it.
