I am unable to use Windows Store. I am getting a 0x800706d9 error. I tried various ways, such as disabling the firewall, clearing Windows cache, clearing the Store cache, etc. I am out of ideas. Please help me.

How To Get Rid Of Windows Store Error – 0x800706d9?

Since you have already tried many ways to fix the 0x800706d9 error, the last thing you need to do is checking the services.

a) Press Windows + R.
b) Type services.msc and press enter.

c) Find the following services – Windows Update, Storage Service, Windows Firewall.
d) Double click on each of the services mentioned above.

e) Change the start-up type to automatic.
f) Save the changes.
g) Restart your computer.
h) You will be able to use Microsoft Store.
