Hello, the features such as Chart, special characters, maps, and symbols, etc., are so easy. Let me explain how to insert symbol in Excel. You can add symbol using two methods. The first method is by using the Insert menu and the second method is by Add-in feature.
Let me explain both
The first method is as follows
1. Open Microsoft Excel application. (Any version which you installed)
2. Now go to Insert menu -> Symbols -> select symbols. You can see two tabs named as Symbols and Special characters. By using these, you can insert symbols from it.
But this has a little shortcoming. It has an only Latin-based symbol, but no other symbols like mathematics symbol,etc., To overcome this shortcoming, I would suggest going for the second method.
The second method is as follows:
1. Open Excel application then go to Insert menu -> Get Add-ins feature.
2. In-Office Add-in wizard, select Store, and then search symbol in the search box. You can add the Add-in feature which applies to you and use them after adding it into the application.
