Hi everyone,

Please,can anyone help me to the Outlook 2010 mailbox limit?I get some e-mails every day, and sometimes the mailbox exceeds the mail numbers, and I can’t delete any of the mail because all of them have the same importance.

How To Manage Outlook 2010 Mailbox Limit To Increase Or Decrease?

Step1. Open Microsoft Office Outlook 2010 from the start menu.

Step2. Go to File tab option and click on Cleanup Tools and select Mailbox Cleanup.

Step2. A dialog box will appear and select view mailbox size.

Step3. Now you can change the mailbox size as per your requirement.
