Here are some terminology to migrate data from office to Google apps,

For migrate data from source to destination:
For source create an account on office 365. Also, bulk the user list when the number of users very high. And also give the list of user to the destination path. And go to office 365 account and then add user > Export > continue.
For destination, also create users on Google Apps.
And click on End point > Add point > Enter End point name > select G-mail.
