How To Resolve 0x8004011d The Server Is Not Available Error?

Hello learners, worried about fixing the error “0x8004011d the server is not available”? Follow the below methods to fix it.

The error may occur due to a server issue. Before performing any method, back up your previous data.

Method 1:

Enable cache mode.

• Hold Windows key + R; this opens up the run dialog box.
• Enter control.exe, click on ok.
• Click on Mail, in the control panel.
• Click on mail account in the mail setup window.
• Click on the email in the account settings window and double click on the account you want to change.
• In the account settings window, go to offline settings, and enable the use of cached exchange mode. Click on next.
• Restart MS Outlook.

Method 2:

Creating a new profile.

• Go to control panel, click on mail.
• Click on show profiles in the mail set up wizard.
• Click on properties, next click on data files.
• Set as default, under the email tab, click on a new button.
• Fill the details, enable the radio button beside “Always use this profile.”
