How To Resolve The 0x80042302 Windows 10 Error?

Hello, if the 0x80042302 Windows 10 error occurs while trying to restore the Windows version, that means the windows system files are corrupt or missing. Follow the below-mentioned solutions to resolve the error.

Method 1:

• Hold win key + R; this opens up the run dialog box.
• Now enter services.msc in the Run dialog box and click on ok.
• Search for volume shadow copy in the opened window.
• If its services are disabled, then enable them.
• Now right-click on it and click on properties.
• Set its startup type to auto.
• Restart your PC.

Method 2:

• Open the command prompt.
• Run it as an administrator.
• Now, in the command prompt, enter “SFC/scan now” and click on Enter.
