Hello. I’m getting the 0x80070002 backup error on my Windows PC. Whenever I try to back up the files on my PC, then I get this error. Please help me to resolve the error. Thank you.

How To Resolve The 0x80070002 Backup Error?

Hello. Getting the 0x80070002 backup error while trying to back up the files in Windows PC. This error occurs when you try to back up folders under the user profile. Follow the below steps to fix it.

• Open the control panel, go to backup and restore.
• Select change settings, in the backup section.
• Click on next in the dialog box.
• Click on let me choose the option under what do you want to back up box. Click on next.
• Next, expand username, data files, libraries, additional locations, and then select clear the App data, search boxes.
• Click on next. Next, click on save settings and close the window.
• Next, click on back up now.
