The 500 internal server error – Firefox can be the problem on the server-side. In that case, you cannot solve the problem. If the problem resides in your computer, the following methods will help you to resolve them –

Method 1

a. Open Firefox.
b. There is a menu icon on the top right corner (three horizontal lines).
c. Click on that icon.
d. Open options/preferences.


e. Scroll down and clear cookies and site data.

Method 2

a. Open Firefox.
b. Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete.


c. Select Everything.
d. Clear Now.
e. Restart Firefox.

Method 3

a. Open Firefox.
b. There is a menu icon on the top right corner (three horizontal lines).
c. Click on that icon.
d. Library -> History.
e. On the bottom, click on Show all history.
f. Right-click on the problem causing site.
g. Click on Forget about the site.
h. Restart Firefox.
i. Open the site again.
