• Go to control panel, click on mail.
• Click on show profiles.
• Select outlook profile and click on properties.
• Next, click on data files.

Creating a new profile:

• Go to control panel, click on mail.
• Click on show profiles.
• In the next prompt click on add.
• Enter the new profile name and click on create a new profile and click on ok.
• In add account, enter your credentials and click on next. And the account is created.
• Set the profile created as default.
