Hello, the answer to your problem is pretty simple. Just follow the steps which are given and they will lead you to the solution,

To start the performance monitor, click on the search box and type perfmon and hit the enter key.

1. Expand the monitoring tools and select performance monitor.

Or you can also follow the steps to access the routine performance monitor.

2.  Go to the security options and then select task manager, it has a built-in performance monitor.
