How do I setup hyper-v server 2012 on my PC. I have just installed the hyper-v and want to use it. If anyone knows how to do it, share the steps with me.

How To Setup Hyper-v Server 2012? Any Help From An Experienced Person?

Hello the solution of your problem is very simple. Just go along the steps which follow.

1. Launch the Server Manager on your PC.
2. Choose Add Roles option from the right-hand menu, Manage.
3. Pick the option, Installation which has the name, role of functionality, then, click on the next button.
4. Click on Hyper-V from the select roles option.
5. Follow the instructions which are on screen.

Another way to enable it is by using PowerShell

Just open PowerShell as an Administrator and type

enable-Windows Optional Feature -Online -Feature Name Microsoft-Hyper-V -All
