To stop Windows Server from rebooting itself with error code 0x80020002, you need to change group policies.
a. Press Windows + R.
b. You need to type gpedit.msc in the dialogue box that appears.
c. Go to Local Computer Policy -> Computer Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> Windows Components -> Windows Update.
d. Open No auto-restart for scheduled Automatic Updates installations.
e. Click on Enabled.
f. Apply -> Ok.
