I am unable to take back up of my data file (.pst) in Outlook. When I am trying to do so, I am encountering a 0x80070021 error. What could be the possible solution for this in Windows 10?

How To Solve 0x80070021 Error In Outlook?

You can solve the 0x80070021 error by using the following methods –

Method 1

a. Press CTRL + ALT + DELETE on your keyboard.

b. Open Task Manager.
c. Here, you will find all the running processes.

d. Find Outlook, right-click on it.
e. Click on End Task.
f. Now, you will be able to backup your data file.

Method 2 

Restore to a previous date

a. In the Windows search box, search restore.

b. Open it.

c. Click on System Restore.

d. Choose the Recommended option, and click on Next.
e. Complete the process, and try to take a back up of your data file.
