I am unable to install MSE. I am facing a 0x8007643 error. I do not have any third-party antivirus installed. How can I solve this issue?

How To Solve 0x8007643 Error When Installing MSE?

I would suggest you install the latest .NET framework. Also, registering DLL files can help to solve the 0x8007643 error.

Method 1

a. Go here

b. Go to the bottom of the page.

c. Click on the highest version.
d. Open the downloaded file.
e. Install the framework.
f. These steps should solve your problem.

Method 2

a. Press Windows + R.
b. Type cmd and press Shift + Ctrl + Enter.
c. Command Prompt Admin will open.
d. Type regsvr32 Qmgr.dll /s and press enter.
e. Type regsvr32 Qmgrprxy.dll /s and press enter.
f. You will be able to download MSE.
