• Next make sure the notebook BIOS is used for the key combinations
• Also you can reseat the memory modules too
• You also have to know about the Led lights too

How To Solve My Laptop Won’t Turn On Immediately In Stepwise.
If your laptop won’t turn on, the battery is probably drained. Plug your charger to the power outlet and charge your laptop. The LED indicator in your laptop should activate or light up. Once you see this, wait a few seconds before pressing on the power button to start the laptop.
On the other hand, if the LED indicator didn’t activate and stayed off, disconnect the charger from the laptop then turn it upside down and then remove the battery. Once the battery is disconnected from the laptop, connect the charger back then check the LED indicator. This checks if there is a problem in the cable of your charger. See if the LED indicator in your laptop activates.
If the LED indicator lights up, it means there is a problem with your battery and the cable of your charger is fine. In this case, you need to buy a new battery. As an alternative, you can continue using your laptop with the charger connected but without the battery until you buy a new battery.
It’s just like converting your laptop into a mini desktop. But if the LED indicator remained off, there is a problem with the cable of your charger or the problem is the charger itself. At this point, you need to buy a new charger for your laptop.
