How To Solve Runtime Error 8002 Invalid Port Number?

Try running the program as an administrator. To run the program as an administrator, right-click on the program and then you will find the option “Run as Administrator.”
If this does not work, it may happen your firewall or antivirus is blocking the program. If it is a trusted program, then disable your antivirus or firewall and try to run the program again. Do not forget to enable the anti-virus later on.
