I am unable to add a data file in the Outlook. I am getting a 0x80004001 error. I am unable to solve it. Please help me.

How To Solve The 0x80004001 Error?

0x80004001 error in the Outlook can be solved using the following methods –

Method 1

a. Open Outlook.
b. Go to File.
c. Open Info -> Account Settings -> Account Settings.
d. Click on Data Files.
e. Click on Add.
f. Add the file.
g. Click on Ok.

Method 2

a. Make sure your data file is stored on your local computer.
b. Use Scanpst.exe to scan your data file.
c. Add your data file again.
