I am trying to create a bootable drive of Windows 10 using the Media Creation Tool, but unfortunately, I am facing 0x8007043c-0x90017. I will be very thankful to anyone who helps me to solve this error.

How To Solve The 0x8007043c-0x90017 Error?

0x8007043c-0x90017 error can be solved by changing the setting of the Media Creation Tool software.

Method 1

a. Right-click on the executable file of the Media Creation Tool (.exe).
b. Go to properties.
c. Go to the General Tab.
d. Click on Unblock.

e. Apply -> OK.
f. You will no longer face the error.

Method 2

a. Right-click on the executable file of the Media Creation Tool (.exe).
b. Click on Run as Administrator.

c. Running the software as an administrator can solve your problem.
