Hey! I am trying to connect to my mail via Internet Explorer. It seems like there is an issue. The Windows 7 certificate error keeps popping up.

Why is this happening? What is the workaround? Thanks for any help!

There might be a bug in Windows 7, your computer’s date and time may be fixed such that the present date exceeds the expiry date of the certificate, or your essential Microsoft root certificates might be missing in case your device is new.

Whatever the reason, there are methods to fix this. Start with resetting your computer’s date and time to the correct value. Ensure that it has been perfectly synchronized with the actual date. Try different browsers. If this does not help, manually install all the required third-party root certificates of authorization (you’ll need to do this mostly if your device is brand new). Also, try removing the Browser Safeguard from your PC.
