I get 2123, there was an error in the application in the Rosetta Stone on my Windows PC. I am unable to use it. How to troubleshoot this issue?

How To Troubleshoot 2123, There Was An Error In The Application Issue In Rosetta Stone?

There are a few methods that can help you troubleshoot 2123, there was an error in the application issue.

Method 1

a. Open the folder where the app is installed.
b. Right-click on the main installer file that was used to install the app.
c. Open Properties -> Compatibility.
d. Click on – Run the Compatibility troubleshooter.
e. Follow the instructions, and complete the process.
f. Click on Apply -> OK.
g. Launch the App.

Method 2

a. Press Windows + R on your keyboard.
b. Type %Programdata% and press enter.

c. Open the folder, Rosetta.
d. Rename Tracking.db3 to tracking.db3.bak.
e. Restart your device.
f. Launch the app.

Method 3

a. Disconnect the internet.
b. Turn your WiFi off, or disconnect the ethernet.
c. Restart your device.
d. Launch the app.
e. Then, connect the internet to your PC.
