I had some problems with my Windows 10 PC, and the solution for it was to do a system restore. When I tried to perform a system restore, I encountered a 0x81000203 error. How to troubleshoot this error?

The 0x81000203 error is caused by the Tune-Up utility. If you have that, follow the methods form number one, else go to number two.
Method 1
a. Open the Tune-Up start center.
b. Open PC optimization area.
c. Select “Economy” or “Standard.”
d. The basic idea is to turn off the turbo mode.
Method 2
a. Press Windows + R key.
b. Type services.msc, and press enter.
c. Double-click on Microsoft Software Shadow Copy Provider.
d. Change the Startup type to automatic.
e. Start the service.
f. Turn on the System Restore now.
Method 3
a. Press Windows + R on the keyboard.
b. Type Regedit and press enter.
c. Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows NT.
d. Right-click on it-> New-> Key.
e. Name it SystemRestore.
f. If it already exists, look for DisableConfig in the right pane.
g. Double-click on it.
h. Set the value to 0.
i. Save the changes.
j. Restart your device, and the error will be gone.
