How to troubleshoot error code C4200 on my printer

Hi, I have a problem with my Kyocera Mita KM-3530 KX copier. It stopped working midway with a message showing error code C4200 along with a symbol of telephone with some digits. I tried a solution regarding the machine parts but I don’t think it is a hardware problem. Can you tell me why this is happening?  I need some help. Thanks.

How to troubleshoot error code C4200 on my printer

Hi Brian Timothyy,

I understand you are having difficulties with your Kyocera Mita KM – 3530 KX Copier. 

In lieu of your issue re: error code C4200, Please try the following steps listed hereunder. 

(The telephone and the digits are meant to advise you to call their contact number)

***Enter the following code —–10871087——

***The printer will go on service mode- hit 906 on the pad and this will restart the printer.

If this does not work, I advise you to contact the manufacturer because the copier would really need a service call.
