Based on your question I understood that you have deleted a folder and you want to recover it, I mean you want to get that folder back into your system. There are a few third party tools which will allow you to get that folder back into your system.
The tool which will restore the deleted folders and some files is Restoration. This is a tool which will help you in getting the deleted folders and files back into your computer. Download the utility from the internet which is a freeware tool. You don't need to install it. Its a direct run application which will guide with a simple GUI option.

First of all, did you delete the folder permanently by press Shift + Del on your keyboard, or any other means or you simply deleted the folder. If you did not delete the folder permanently then you will need to check your recycle bin. The folder should be there. To restore it you will simply need to click on it and then choose restore.
But if you deleted the folder permanently, you will need to use a third party application to recover it. I will recommend an application called Recover My Files. You can download this application for free from the internet. Install it on your computer and then run it, and use it to recover the deleted folder.

At first go to the "Recycle Bin". Open It. If you can find your deleted file there, press right button and click the restore option. Then you will get your deleted files in the previous place.
If do not get your file in the "Recycle Bin", you can download a software named 'Recova' from the Internet for free. Install it and run the recovery process in the drive where you had the file.
